From my role as a Chief Experience Officer in the multifamily housing industry to my current work as a consultant and co-founder of Journey Lens, my mission remains consistent: to help organizations optimize strategies, build stronger cultures, and deliver exceptional experiences that drive meaningful results.
With a degree in Math Theory from Ohio State University, I began an unexpected journey into the multifamily housing field that quickly became my passion. Over the years, I have leveraged data and insights to redefine brands, enhance customer journeys, and implement strategies that drive measurable impact across the industry.
At Journey Lens, my co-founder Tami Siewruk and I are transforming the multifamily industry by focusing on what matters most—people. Using data-driven insights and actionable strategies, we help leaders uncover opportunities in the customer journey, create meaningful connections, and deliver results that resonate with renters, residents, job candidates, and associates alike.
Through my consulting practice, I offer strategic guidance in marketing, technology, change management, AI and automation, and customer experience, as well as fractional CXO and CMO roles to deliver executive-level impact.
In addition to consulting, I proudly serve on boards, including Zillow’s Multifamily Housing Advisory Board, Ohio State’s Department of Mathematics Board, Infinity Advisory Board, and NMHC’s Customer Experience and Marketing Committee.
When I am not helping organizations achieve their goals, you will often find me in the water. Recently, I completed a 6-day island-to-island swim in Greece—a testament to the endurance and determination I bring to my work and life.

With an extensive career spanning leasing, marketing, management, apartment development, and business development, Tami Siewruk has become a leading figure in the multifamily industry. Her tenure as Vice President of Property Management and Chief Marketing Officer has given her a deep understanding of the challenges faced by real estate professionals, and equipping them with the resources for success.
Tami’s passion for trendspotting and her ability to contextualize them within the multifamily industry allow her to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. A seasoned Marketing Technologist, Tami expertly navigates the complexities of multimedia internet marketing.
Tami’s real-world experience extends to owning and developing award-winning properties across four states and two countries. As president of Siewruk Development, she successfully completed a 192-unit apartment community in Austin, TX, and partnered with The Huizinga Group to develop 305 units in Dallas, TX. Her consulting work spans purpose-built rentals in the USA, Canada, and the Bahamas, solidifying her as a trusted advisor in the field.
In 2019, Tami took a step back from the industry to lead a nonprofit foundation and finalize her small development project on Staniel Cay in Exuma, Bahamas. This opportunity allowed her to combine her passions for technology and community enhancement. Now, as she returns to the multifamily sector, Tami is excited to introduce impactful solutions that support property managers and elevate resident experiences.

She co-authored NAHB’s book “How to Excel in Leasing Apartments” and developed the Certified Leasing Professional Course.
